De Saxonett JRS700GNL ideale link tussen een blokfluit en een saxofoon of klarinet. Hij combineert het mondstuk van een klarinet met de body van een blokfluit. De grepen zijn gebaseerd op het Duitse systeem en komen overeen met die van een saxofoon. Zodoende is dit instrument ook voor leerlingen zinvol, die met het baroksysteem begonnen zijn. De ideale voorbereiding op de blazersklas.
