De MDD staat voor Machined Direct Drive en is de toplijn hardware van DW. Gemaakt van hoogwaardig aluminium en met de laatste technologische vernuftigheden om de kunst van het drummen naar een volgend level te tillen. De DW CPMDDHH3 is een 3-benig machined direct drive hihatpedaal en speciaal gemaakt voor het precieze voetenwerk. Hieronder nog wat specificaties:
